1. What are the dates of the 3rd İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Program and where is the venue?
The 3rd İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Program is held on 08 – 12 March 2018 at CNR International Fair and Convention Centre, 3rd İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Program Area.
 
2. How can I access to CNR International Fair and Convention Centre, 3rd İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Area? 
CNR International Fair and Convention Centre is very close to the “Dünya Ticaret Merkezi – İstanbul Fuar Merkezi” station of M1A Yenikapı – Atatürk Airport Metro Line. Below , there is a list for transfers to M1A Metro Line. 
• Marmaray: From Anatolian side by using Marmaray – Yenikapı – Atatürk Airport Metro Line, you can land on “Dünya Ticaret Merkezi – İstanbul Fuar Merkezi” station.
• Metrobüs: By using Avcılar – Söğütlüçeşme Metrobüs Line transfer to the Ataköy – Şirinevler station and land on the “Dünya Ticaret Merkezi – İstanbul Fuar Merkezi” station.

3. How much is the entrance fee into the fair area?
Entrance to CNR International Fair and Convention Centre is free during the program. 

4. Who can apply?
• Executives of publishing houses
• Editors
• Copyright agencies
• Professional and Non-Governmental Publisher Organizations
5. How can I apply to be a fellow?
Applications will be open from November 1st until December 21st, 2017. You can apply by filling in the form on www.fellowship.istanbul. Applications to the program will be evaluated in January 2018 by the Board of Evaluation of Turkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licensing Society.

6. In this program, do you cover all the costs?
Successful applicants to the Fellowship Program will be provided with the following: 
• Plane ticket (Round Trip / Economy Class) 
• 4 nights in a 5-star hotel 
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided throughout the program 
• Airport pick up and drop off service
• Participation in seminars and business meetings
• Translation support

The program will also be open to participants who are not fellows. These participants may attend the program by their own means and will be provided with the following: 
• Participation in seminars and business meetings
• Translation support
• Discount for accommodation 
• Airport shuttle

7. How is the meeting procedure during the 3rd İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Program? Can I arrange my own appointments?
After having a membership on our website www.fellowship.istanbul, you will have a chance to create your own profile and schedule. 

8. What should I do if I need a visa? 
Fellows who need a visa will receive an invitation letter from Turkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licensing Society after being selected for the program.
