4 November 2024 — 15 December 2024

Between November 4 and December 15 2024, you can apply to the program by clicking on the application link on the web page. Applications are free of charge. It is important that the information you share with us in the form you fill out during the application is correct and carefully filled in. Remember that all the answers you provide are carefully examined by the evaluation committee. This information will also make it easier for other participants whose applications are accepted during the program to obtain accurate and sufficient information about your company.

16 December 2024 — 5 January 2025

All applications received between the application deadlines will be reviewed by the evaluation committee between December 16th and January 5th. As a result of the evaluations, the accepted and rejected applications are determined. Accepted applications are divided into three different support packages (gold, silver and bronze packages) after all the answers given by the participants in the application form are carefully examined. While making the selections for these support packages, all applications are divided into 11 different regions according to their countries of origin to make an equal and fair distribution. Every answer given by the applicants is carefully considered during the evaluation process.

6 January 2025

As a result of the evaluations made, the application results are announced by e-mail to the e-mail address which each participants use during application process. In this process, the support package received by the participant is also notified to participants and asked to clarify their participation status.

3 February 2025

All accepted participants are expected to clarify their participation status. The pages of those whose applications are accepted and who confirm their participation status are edited and the application system becomes active, where they will organize their appoinments with other participants. From the date of opening of appoinment system until the end of the program process, all participants can organize their meetings with other participants by clicking on the relevant section on our web page.

25-27 February 2025

The Istanbul Publishing Fellowship program continues during three days. During these three days, all participants can organize meetings through appointment system. They can organize these meetings both online or physically. As a result of the meetings, participants introduce their books and products to other participants to exchange copyrights.
