Why You Should Participate
Istanbul Publishing Fellowship Program is a copyright market project that aims to bring together Turkish and foreign publishers in Istanbul every year, enabling their cultural productions to reach readers in various geographical locations. The program is organized by the Turkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licensing Society (TBYM) and is supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The 10th IPF will take place on February 25-26-27, 2025 at the Rami Library in Eyüp, Istanbul. This year's program will be organized with a hybrid model where face-to-face and online meetings can be together.
Executives of publishing houses, editors, copyright agencies, professional and non-governmental publisher organizations authors can apply to the program.

Applications are free of charge, but foreign publishers whose applications are accepted will be charged a 100 Euro participation fee.
