11ᵗʰ Istanbul Publishing Fellowship Program
Preparations are underway for the 11ᵗʰ Istanbul Publishing Fellowship program, which is scheduled to take place on 10-11-12 February 2026. The program, organized by theTurkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licensing Society (TBYM), is supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism as in previous years.
The program will take place in the fascinating historical setting of Rami Library.

Why You Should Participate
Istanbul Publishing Fellowship Program is a copyright market project that aims to bring together Turkish and foreign publishers in Istanbul every year, enabling their cultural productions to reach readers in various geographical locations. The program is organized by the Turkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licensing Society (TBYM) and is supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The 11th IPF will take place on February 10-11-12, 2026 in Istanbul. This year's program will be organized with a hybrid model where face-to-face and online meetings can be together as well.
Executives of publishing houses, editors, copyright agencies, professional and non-governmental publisher organizations authors can apply to the program.

Applications are free of charge, but foreign publishers whose applications are accepted will be charged a 100 Euro participation fee.

So far so good. I have had very productive meetings. There are many beatiful children’s books to be gotten. And I hope also sell some rights exchange some rights. I am looking forward to attend next years as well.
